Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate customer pickups – Fansee is available to purchase online but does not have its own retail or showroom.However, we use a fast and reliable freight network to get your product delivered to you as quickly as possible. 

We do not deliver items to the PO box, due to the size of the package. 

To ensure fast turnaround, we dispatch orders next business day on Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Australia post delivers during normal business hours. Australia post requires a signature as a proof of delivery. However, if you are not at home when the goods are delivered, Australia Post will leave a card informing you of how to collect goods at a specific location or to arrange a re-delivery time.

You will receive an email from Fansee with full tracking details and information. 

Please note that we process your order very fast, should you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us immediately and we may able to cancel your order if it hasn’t proceeded. 

Fansee provides its customers with a seven days’ notice period for the returns.

If you wish to return the products you ordered, please return them within 7 days of receipt, unused in their original packaging, and we will provide you with a full refund. If there is a fault with your products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, via email, and we will provide you with replacement (if available) or a full refund. 

Once we received the items, we will initiate the refund for your account via same transaction method which used in your original purchase. Generally, a refund takes within 15 days from the date we receive the returned item(s).

Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you change your mind about the products, you have ordered you will be responsible for the cost of inbound and outbound shipping for those products. However, Fansee is working on free return delivery process at the moment for our value customs. 

Please note that the item must be unused in their original packaging. We may charge an additional fee for handling from your return.

WAX: We do not use harmful paraffin wax. We only use Eco-friendly soy wax to make sure we produce a high-quality candle, safe for humans and the earth. 

WICK: For clean burning, we only use pure cotton and wood wicks for our candles. 

We do not use dyes, additives to enhance candles colour. Instead, we prefer to keep our candles free of colour. 

For clean burning, we only use pure cotton and wooden week. Our candle glass containers can be recycled and re-purposed. Each glass container has its unique style and contemporary design, which can be used as home decor or flower vase.

No. Fansee uses 100% pure essential oils. Our candles are safe to use for aromatherapy and meditation. 

Although most scented candles on the market scented with fragrance oils for different reasons, we obstinately stick to our value in quality.  

For best results, burn the candle for less than 4 hours at any one time, and long enough for the melt pool to reach the edges of the jar, which will keep the candle from tunnelling down the middle.

It is quite simple to trim a wood wick.  You can pinch the blackened wick with your fingers before each use or use the wick trimmer. Please ensure no wick trimmings are left on the wax. 

In this case, the candle is more than likely burning in a draft. It is time to trim the wick. Be sure to extinguish the candle before trimming. 

It happens when the wick is trimmed too short. To fix it, you can extinguish the flame and pour off some of the excess liquid wax into a safe container, then relight. Your flame will come back to life. 

All scents weaken over time. For a candle jar without lid, you may seal it with cling wrap after extinguishing the flame. 

Fansee uses neither colour dyes nor UV protectant additives to slow the fading. 

For scented candles, we use 100% eco soy wax, which allows candles to burn clean and preserve natural colour. Nevertheless, some essential oils are photosensitive and may cause colour change over time. Please avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

You can place candles in a dry spot at normal room temperature, away from direct sunlight.

No. It may crack when brought to room temperature or heated. The scent might migrate instead of being evenly distributed around the wax.
