Once you have completed your order, you will be able to pay for your order in the checkout section. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Googlepay, AMEX and Applepay.

Fansee has taken reasonable measure to ensure that your personal and credit card details are safe at all times. Please refer our privacy policy for more information.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate customer pickups – Fansee is available to purchase online but does not have its own retail or showroom.However, we use a fast and reliable freight network to get your product delivered to you as quickly as possible. 

We do not deliver items to the PO box, due to the size of the package. 

To ensure fast turnaround, we dispatch orders next business day on Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. 

Please note that all delivery time frames are the estimates, We deliver by Australia Post, and we do not have any control over the delivery time frame. Please refer below approximate delivery time for different state and territories:

·         Melbourne – Approximately 1-3 Business Days

·         Sydney, Adelaide – Approximately 2-5 Business Days

·         Brisbane, Perth – Approximately 3- 7 business days

·         All areas outside Metro locations – Approximately 8- 10 business days 

Fansee offers Australia wide delivery for all products. Please refer below our flat delivery rates.

·         NSW, VIC, SA & QLD - $9.95 Standard Delivery Fee

·         WA, NT & TAS - $14.95 Standard Delivery Fee

·         NSW, VIC, SA & QLD - $19.95 Express Delivery Fee

·         WA, NT & TAS - $24.95 Express Delivery Fee

Australia Post delivers during regular business hours. Australia Post requires a signature as proof of delivery. However, if you are not at home when the goods are delivered, Australia Post will leave a card informing you of how to collect goods at a specific location or to arrange a re-delivery time.

You will receive an email from Fansee with full tracking details and information. 

Please note that we process your order very fast, should you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us immediately and we may able to cancel your order if it hasn’t proceeded. 

Fansee provides its customers with a seven days’ notice period for the returns.

If you wish to return the products you ordered, please return them within 7 days of receipt, unused in their original packaging, and we will provide you with a full refund. If there is a fault with your products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, via email, and we will provide you with replacement (if available) or a full refund. 

Once we received the items, we will initiate the refund for your account via same transaction method which used in your original purchase. Generally, a refund takes within 15 days from the date we receive the returned item(s).

Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you change your mind about the products, you have ordered you will be responsible for the cost of inbound and outbound shipping for those products. However, Fansee is working on free return delivery process at the moment for our value customs. 

Please note that the item must be unused in their original packaging. We may charge an additional fee for handling from your return.

If the items are the faulty and you are no longer in control of the original packaging, please contact us.
