Warranty Coverage: Our knife sets come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal domestic use. If a defect is found, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item. This warranty does not cover issues such as chips in the blade, broken tips and handles, discolouration from food, or rust spots, as these are typically the result of improper care or misuse.

Exclusions from Warranty: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to:

  • Dropping the knife results in broken handles, chipped blades, or structural damage.

  • Using the knife for tasks other than food preparation (e.g., prying, twisting, or cutting frozen foods and bones with a non-boning knife).

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures or prolonged immersion in water.

  • Dishwasher damage – we recommend hand washing to maintain the integrity of the knife.

  • Normal wear and tear, including blade dulling, minor scratches, and discolouration.

  • Modification or repair by unauthorized third parties.

Making a Warranty Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (Order Number).

  • A detailed description of the issue and how it occurred.

  • Clear photographs of the affected area.

Claims can be submitted via care@fansee.com.au or the contact form on our website. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the product for inspection and service.

Australian Consumer Law: This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which ensures that our products are of acceptable quality and fit for their intended purpose. In the event of a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for reasonable loss or damage.
